What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and message you choose to give us, along with which page you submitted from. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, or any financial account information through this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare an offer on your property, and follow up about that offer. That is all.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in our own internal system and is visible to our staff. We share it with the companies in our group where it is needed to complete a transaction you have asked for — for example, our title company at settlement. We do not sell your information and we do not trade seller lists.

Phone and text

By giving us a phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call and we will stop.

Cookies and analytics

We run no advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your information with data brokers.

Two things count visits here, and they are not the same:

Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookieless. It does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you to other sites, and stores nothing personal about you. There is nothing to consent to, because nothing about you is kept.

Google Analytics. Added September 2026, because our own reporting runs on it. It does set cookies and it does record things like your approximate location, device and how you arrived here. It is how we find out which pages actually help people and which ones waste their time.

If you would rather not be counted by Google, browser settings that block third-party cookies stop it, as does Google's own opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. You can still get an offer from us either way.

Getting your information removed

Call (484) 845-9992 or write to us at 36 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19106 and ask us to delete your record. We will.
