What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and message you choose to give us, along with which page you submitted from. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, or any financial account information through this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare an offer on your property, and follow up about that offer. That is all.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in our own internal system and is visible to our staff. We share it with the companies in our group where it is needed to complete a transaction you have asked for — for example, our title company at settlement. We do not sell your information and we do not trade seller lists.

Phone and text

By giving us a phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call and we will stop.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies at all and runs no advertising trackers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people actually use. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, it does not follow you to other websites, and it collects no personal information. There is nothing here for you to consent to or opt out of, because nothing about you is being stored.

Getting your information removed
