How the $100 works
- Send us their name and a phone number or email, plus the property address if you know it.
- Include your own name and contact so we know who referred them.
- If we buy the property, we pay you $100 after settlement.
Referral payment is made after the purchase settles. One payment per property. We do not pay a referral fee on a property you own or have an interest in, and we do not pay for referrals we were already in contact with.
